NECSC Sponsorship Disclaimer, Acknowledgment, Terms and Conditions
By purchasing or accepting an NECSC sponsorship, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Sponsorship supports NECSC’s meetings, educational programming, networking events, law enforcement collaboration, training opportunities, digital content, and continued organizational development.
Sponsorship does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee by NECSC of the sponsor or its products, services, employees, business practices, or representations. Sponsors remain independent organizations and are solely responsible for their products, services, advertising materials, statements, and conduct.
Sponsorship benefits provide promotional and participation opportunities only. Benefits, programming, event schedules, and promotional placements may be modified when reasonably necessary.
NECSC reserves the right to review, decline, remove, or discontinue any sponsorship, advertisement, logo, content, or participation that conflicts with its mission, policies, reputation, law enforcement relationships, or professional standards.
NECSC is working toward nonprofit status. Unless NECSC provides written confirmation otherwise, sponsorship payments should not be represented or treated as tax-deductible charitable contributions. Sponsors should consult their own tax advisor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NECSC and its officers, directors, members, employees, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for claims, losses, damages, expenses, or disputes arising from the sponsor’s participation, representations, products, services, or interactions with third parties.
By accepting below, the sponsor confirms that an authorized representative has read, understands, and agrees to this Sponsorship Disclaimer and Acknowledgment.
